  • I found the attention to myself, my feelings and situation, and indeed to all details to be outstanding and considerate. I was kept appraised as to the status of the opens, interested parties and possible prospective purchasers on a weekly basis. I felt that the whole process of photos, scheduling opens, presentation of brochures and right down to suggestions as to aesthetic improvements to be unpressured, informal and yet informative. The whole process from start to auction day is stressful but I found it less so with the attention and consideration I received.
