Head of Property Management
Highly motivated, hyper-organised and deeply committed to her clients, Brooke Simmonds' early tertiary studies in Justice have given her an almost forensic attention to detail ..but it's an entire real estate career spent at Ray White Moorabbin that has made her the savvy property professional she is today. A member of the team since the early 2010s, Brooke's dedication to achieving the best for her landlords and their tenants has seen her rise swiftly to a leadership role: heading up our Property Management department since 2014
Brooke brings a pro-active leadership style that minimises stress and maximises value at every stage of the process. "Whether it's returning calls within 5 hours, providing immediate feedback to landlords after every open-for-inspection or guaranteeing same-day communication on maintenance issues, there are elements of service that are integral to the way we do business." Says Brooke. "As an organisation and personally, it's simply not negotiable that our clients could receive anything less than the best service."
As Senior Property Manager Brook is also responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships."Almost all our new business is generated through recommendation and referral." says Brooke. "New clientsare referred to us because existing clients are happy, so ensuring a level of service that our clients are keen to refer is key to my role. It's my job to ensure everything we do justifies that trust of our existing clients …and provides the service that our new clients expect as a result."
The same focused approach extends to Brooke's out of work world as well. Committed to her own goals, Brook worked hard to realise her dream of home ownership at a young age – buying her first home in her early 20s. It's an achievement that helps her understand the needs of landlords and their tenants. "Whether you're a landlord whose goal is a solid financial foundation or tenant whose goal is a comfortable home, we're in this together. Its my job to do whatever it takes to ensure we all achieve our goals."
