Sarah White’s Business degree with a major in Human Rights perfectly encapsulates her approach to life. Highly organised and always compassionate, Sarah brings empathy to efficiency, and rare care to her clients. Just as interested in people who rent and invest, as the properties they lease and own, Sarah’s firm and fair approach ensures her landlords' assets are always front and centre… and that her clients’ and tenants’ needs are at the heart of every transaction.
“There’s real synergy between caring for people and caring for an investment property. Managing a property well, means managing the relationship between landlord and tenant well.” says Sarah.“It starts with choosing the right tenant for the home, continues through open communication, and results to a respectful relationship that ensures rent is paid promptly, maintenance is conducted easily, and negotiations continue cordially.”
Sarah believes that the most important aspect of her role is to take the load off her landlords. A strong work ethic means Sarah is always prepared to go the extra mile; returning calls with haste, following up issues with care, and ensuring she always has an answer for her clients. “There are no half measures to creating a satisfied client,” she says. “It’s my job to ensure my landlords have absolute peace of mind.”
Sarah credits her mature outlook on childhood travels (her family lived in Luxembourg and Singapore) and an overseas internship directly after university. The years spent finding her way around new home-towns now informs the way she helps her tenants make themselves at home in the area she knows and loves. Educated at St Leonards College and still living in Bayside, Sarah appreciates the friendships and networks she has built around her love of fitness and dance. Most of all, she appreciates the lifestyle that brings her clients to invest here …and their tenants to live here!
